Grove Scallop Dish
This Grove scallop dish is hand built using the Japanese ceramic process Nerikomi. By slowly layering and cutting clays together, a pattern eventually emerges which is visible throughout the clay body. Nerikomi ceramic pieces need extra patience as you allow the clays to balance and become one body, and every piece is unique

This piece is both food and dishwasher safe, although as with all ceramic wares, it will appreciate the care of gentle handwashing where possible
